Imari Chorus is an all female, non-auditioning choir based in Draycott, near Long Eaton on the border between Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
We love the sociability of singing together.

We welcome all singers, from the very experienced to first time choir members. There is no audition requirement, and you don't need to read music.
All female vocal ranges are invited, from the highest soprano to the deepest contralto - and if you're not sure where your voice sits, our musical director will ensure you're singing within a vocal range that you are comfortable with.

We rehearse on Thursday evening - 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

With our first concert of 2025 under our belts, we're enjoying learning new songs and expanding our repertoire ready for performing at our 30th Anniversary Concerts.
We'd love you to join us in celebrating this amazing achievement, you'll be made very welcome.
And if you love to sing, why not join the Chorus? Pop into any rehearsal and discover how we spend our Thursday evenings! You'll be assured of a very warm welcome. No audition is necessary, you don't need to read music, or even know your vocal range, our musical director, Anne de Waal, will work with you to ensure you sing where you feel comfortable.
